- Manage and grow a diverse rural client portfolio
- Drive profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality in line with branch goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and advocacy
- Grow the client base via community connections and cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to support existing and new clients
- Support succession planning and longer-term farming business development
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in banking with a focus on Agri or rural account management
- Farming or agriculture experience or willingness to transition to Agribusiness Banking
- Proven track record of building, maintaining, and growing client portfolios
- Proven customer service excellence
- Credit and financial analysis skills
- Desire to make a difference and succeed in a rural context
