The role
We are looking for a mid-level professional who can independently manage the agency’s paid media activities, from strategic planning to performance measurement.
Google Ads and Meta Ads will be the primary platforms, but we also want to assess and test opportunities such as ChatGPT Ads, Pinterest Ads,



Spotify Ads and other emerging channels—whenever they make sense for the audience, objectives and measurement framework.
The role mainly involves working with our internal team, with only occasional direct interaction with clients.
This is a 30–40-hour-per-week hybrid position, requiring regular presence at our Florence office.
What you will do
- Develop paid media strategies based on objectives, audiences, funnels and KPIs.
- Set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Audit existing accounts and identify issues and opportunities.
- Manage campaign structures, targeting, budgets, bidding and testing.
- Monitor performance, budget pacing and result quality.
- Configure and verify GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events, Conversion APIs, UTMs and attribution systems.
- Diagnose tracking problems and help coordinate their resolution.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations rather than metric-only reports.
- Build clear dashboards
