Overview In this role, you will lead real-time surveillance to detect and contain fraudulent activity across Satispay’s ecosystem. You’ll work within Fincrime Operations to assess high-volume alerts, escalate complex cases, and refine detection rules in collaboration with Product and Data teams. The position emphasizes process optimization, mentorship, and rigorous documentation to meet regulatory standards.

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in transaction monitoring, real-time fraud operations, or KYT surveillance in high-volume fintechs or digital banking networks
- Subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring principles, payment flows, velocity patterns, and regulatory frameworks (FATF, EU Directives, PSD3/SCA) — professional certifications valued
- Advanced data & systems literacy with tools like Looker, Splunk, HEX, Redshift and SQL
- Strong track record of identifying gaps in automated detection models and turning them into monitoring scenarios
- Leadership and coaching ability to guide peers and develop training for the team
- Analytical communication to synthesize complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
