Key Responsibilities
Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission.
Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution.
Documentation Management:
Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues.
Hotline Management: Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:*****:00 and 14:*****:30).
After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team.
Logistics Coordination: Communicate with logistics partners, TMs, and PSRs to organize equipment exchanges.
Device Checks: Perform general and baseline checks following new device fittings.
Required Qualifications
Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong interpersonal skills; respectful, friendly, and team-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally (with colleagues) and externally (with patients and customers).
University degree in scientific discipline or certification as a cardiology technician.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Technical Assistant.
Solid knowledge of cardiology principles and practices.
Practical experience as an ECG technician.
