Overview In this role you drive the financial oversight of Barilla's Nordic and Central Europe logistics, focusing on cost control for repack and rework. You will partner with regional logistics and finance teams to design budgets, forecast costs, and provide actionable insights on profitability. You’ll influence transformation projects and support sustainable growth across European warehouses.
This position combines financial analytics with cross-functional collaboration in a globally recognized food company, based in Parma.

Responsabilità
- Collaborate with Nordic and Central Europe Logistics to build budget and forecast assumptions (KPIs, cost saving projects, variance analysis)
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in the finance system (EPM) ensuring P&L; variance aligns with assumptions
- Provide budget/forecast insights to Market/Business Controllers
- Contribute to projects aimed at profitability recovery through repack/rework optimization and finance process improvements
- Own repack/rework cost budgeting, forecasting,
and controlling for all European warehouses (including Italy)
- Perform operational tasks (accruals, cost allocations, consistency checks)
- Report KPIs, variances, and cost savings initiatives; develop Variance Analysis Report
- Communicate closure outcomes monthly to stakeholders
- Support business cases by partnering with SC and Logistics teams and with the Finance Controller community
- Partner with Finance to contribute to Finance Transformation projects and with SC to contribute to SC Transformation projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years in Finance and Administration
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP ECC, EPM, MS Office, Teams and Power BI
