A few examples of your responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate contracts. Handle cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—initial drafting and review of confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements, while applying your judgment to validate terms and manage risk.
- Support product launches. Partner with product teams on global launches by drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies—leveraging AI to produce first drafts efficiently and focusing your expertise on accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment. xysqume
- Advise across the business. Partner cross-functionally and collaborate with outside counsel to deliver practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies on a broad range of topics—including technology, product, marketing, commercial
