Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Director of Infrastructure Engineering to work on a full-time basis.
The role involves overseeing a high-performance infrastructure team to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
You will drive architectural decisions and operational excellence to support rapid innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of global infrastructure platforms, including cloud, networking, and security.
• Build and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions.
• Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure roadmaps with business objectives.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of critical systems through proactive monitoring and incident response.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong background in networking, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record in scaling systems to support high-growth applications.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
