/ppbr/ppbIn a nutshell /b /ppAs a 2nd Level Service Technician, you will provide hands-on support to 1st Level Support teams, ensuring maximum uptime of TUBE machines at customer premises worldwide.

/ppbr/ppbWhat you will be doing /b /ppbTechnical area: /b /pulliInstalling, fully disassembling, revising, assembling, commissioning handing over Bystronic tube laser machines, including system integrations.
/liliResolve very complex issues.
Act as role models to mentor other technicians.
/liliAssemble electric, pneumatic and hydraulic installations.
/liliPerform advanced repairs and measurements.
/liliRetrofit Bystronic Machines at the customer site, including modifying and retrofitting electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
/liliPerform updates/modifications on complex issues where solution is not clearly defined.
/liliDiagnose and adjust parameters of CNC/PLC systems.
/liliPerform CNC/PLC software updates / downgrades and tests whether those were successful.
/li /ulpbr/ppbCustomer interactions: /b /pulliIidentify needs and opportunity for upgrades to support customer needs.
/liliAdvice and optimization suggestions for machines at the customer's place.
/li /ulpbr/ppbInternal collaboration and learning: /b /pulliComplete and communicate required reports such as: service reports, customer feedback and installation documentation in CRM.
/liliTrain other employees on safety instructions and technological skills in PLC / CNC knowledge.
/liliFollow and initiate quality improvements per ISO guidelines.
/li /ulpbr/ppbYour education experience /b /pulliMinimum of 3-5 years technical service experience: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or software engineering.
/liliHands-on experience commissioning industrial machinery, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and start-up, is required.
/liliStrong knowledge of safety regulations, with a strong commitment to safety compliance, procedures, and accurate documentation.
