/p h3Job Description /h3 pA Senior Research Manager manages client relationship for more complex or key accounts and oversees multiple projects and clients.
/p h3Responsibilities: /h3 h31.
Client Management: /h3 pa.Key Account Manager (KAM) for 1 or a few clients /p pb.Client relationship management for more complex or key accounts /p h32.
Project Management: /h3 pa.
Autonomous management,
implementation and coordination of complex research projects /p pb.
Taking client briefs and writing study proposals /p pc.
Propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches /p pd.
Prepare estimates for ad hoc studies /p pe.
Negotiate contracts, or specifications, technically, methodologically and financially /p pf.
Ensure that projects meet objectives and are delivered on-time and within budget /p pg.
Ensure that the project work meets agreed quality standards /p ph. Report writing with storytelling /p pi.
Presentation of results, including relevant recommendations /p pEnsuring that ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company's strategic guidelines /p h34.

Ensure targets for the accounts are met /p pb.
Share feedback with managers on client needs and potential revenue risks /p h35.

Involved in training and mentoring /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigher education with knowledge in market research and/or sensory research /li liMinimum 5 years' experience in sensory and consumer research to be able to manage projects independently.
/li liKnowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics.
/li liExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian /li liProficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc /li liRigorous, responsive and proactive /li liStrong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
