ppExperis is recruitingb IT Support Specialists – Fluent English /b for a leading European institution.
You will join an international and multicultural environment, supporting end users in their daily activities and contributing to the delivery of high-quality IT services.
/p h3How your contribution will make a difference /h3 pAs an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting users and ensuring smooth operations across workplace technologies and business applications.
/p pYou will be involved in the following activities: /p ul liProvide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users.
/li liManage and resolve incidents, service requests and technical issues.
/li liSupport workplace devices, laptops, workstations, printers and peripherals.
/li liTroubleshoot hardware and software problems.
/li liAssist users with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
/li liMonitor and handle support tickets, ensuring compliance with service levels.
/li liCollaborate with technical teams to collaborate and resolve complex issues.
/li liContribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and user experience.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Service Desk environments.
/li liGood knowledge of Windows operating systems and workplace technologies.
/li liExperience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
/li liUnderstanding of IT Service Management processes.




/li liExperience in ticketing systems and incident management activities.
/li liFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken (level B2).
/li liStrong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
/li liAbility to work effectively in an international environment.
/li liProblem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
/li liITIL certification will be considered a plus.
