is looking for a
Software Engineer
to join its team.
As part of the
European MALE RPAS program
, the selected candidate will join the development team responsible for the
Airborne Armament Computer (AAC)
, a key component of the
AAS system
.
The resource will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from system requirements elicitation through coding, integration, and application software configuration management, operating within a
certified Embedded Real-Time environment compliant with the DO-178C aviation standard
.
Main responsibilities
Participate in the elicitation of AAS system requirements that serve as input to the software development process.
Contribute to the development of software requirements (High-Level Requirements - HLRs) derived from system requirements.
Participate in the Detailed Design phase, including the definition of Low-Level Requirements (LLRs) where required for the AAS system.
Create, manage, and maintain requirements within the IBM Rational DOORS database.
Contribute to the development, integration, and configuration management of the AAS application software.
Requirements
Proficiency in the C programming language.
Experience in the development of Embedded Real-Time applications within the avionics industry.
The following are a plus
Knowledge of the RTCA DO-178C standard.
Experience in defining and managing High-Level Software Requirements (HLRs) for Embedded Real-Time avionics applications.
Knowledge of IBM Rational Rhapsody (SysML/UML).
Knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS.
Knowledge of Serena Dimensions.
Knowledge of the Integrity 178B ARINC 653 Embedded Real-Time Operating System.
Knowledge of MathWorks Polyspace tools (Bug Finder and Code Prover).
Education
Bachelor's degree (Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields)

The salary range for this position is between EUR ****** € and EUR ****** € gross per year.
The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
