About the Project
A leading international luxury brand is looking for a
Project Manager
to oversee a strategic brand governance initiative focused on the management, evolution and alignment of brand guidelines, content standards, storytelling frameworks and reference materials across global teams.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of this strategic initiative.
The role will coordinate multiple stakeholders across brand, marketing, creative, digital, legal and regional teams, ensuring smooth execution, clear governance and timely delivery of all project milestones.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the overall project plan, timeline and governance framework.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external contributors across multiple workstreams.
• Drive content collection, review and approval processes.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve project bottlenecks.
• Ensure consistency, quality and version control of project deliverables.
• Manage external resources, including freelancers,
designers and specialist partners.
• Prepare status updates and recommendations for senior leadership.
Profile
• 5+ years of project management experience within luxury, fashion, lifestyle or premium brands.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in content governance, brand guidelines, knowledge management
• Exceptional stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluent English and Italian are required.
