We're building a production LLM-driven product that helps organizations identify, prioritize, and write competitive grant applications.
You'll help design, implement, and operate the backend systems that power the LLM, retrieval, data pipelines, and evaluation — turning research into a reliable, secure, and scalable product.
Shape product requirements via discussions with product-side colleagues;
Design and write services and APIs, including those involving agents;
Develop Front-end interfaces for new features (React) - can be heavily LLM-assisted;
Monitor logs and deployments for criticalities;
Required skills:
Python & FastAPI
Basic AI engineering knowledge: orchestrating agents with tools and guardrails
Nice-to-haves:
Frontend knowledge: React

Supabase
Minimum 2 years of experience, maximum 5 years.
Offices
Work model: Hybrid working, combining office presence and remote work, don't worry we're flexible.
Compensation
:
€32,000–€40,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
