Responsabilità
- Serve as the architectural backbone of client evaluation processes and sales cycles
- Design future-state architectures that align with business outcomes
- Bridge complex technical requirements with transformative enterprise outcomes
- Specialize in areas such as Architectural Storytelling, Technical Diplomacy, and Future-Proofing (AI/ML, integration, security)
- Engage with C-suite executives to define long-term digital transformation roadmaps
- Contribute to thought leadership through public speaking,
industry conferences, and white papers
- Represent and promote the value of SaaS against legacy systems across industries
- Develop expertise in integrations, security, and data/AI architecture
- Advocate for global security standards and evolving enterprise technology strategies
- Leverage Workday Extend for deep-tech specialization
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4years+ in a technical consulting role
- Mastery of Workday Platform Technology (source of truth for integrations, security, data/AI)
- Experience with integrations, security, and enterprise architecture
- Strategic consulting experience with senior leadership
- Public speaking or thought leadership experience (preferred)
