Electrical QA/QC Lead - Data Centre Project

PeoItaly, an employment agency authorised by the Italian Ministry of Labour, is conducting this search on behalf of a confidential international general contractor delivering mission-critical Data Centre projects across Europe. Two positions are available. The selected candidates will be employed directly by the client and join the quality team supporting a major Data Centre development in Bertonico, in the province of Lodi.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Electrical QA/QC professionals to take ownership of quality across complex electrical installations. The role will follow electrical systems from installation and inspection through testing, energisation readiness, completion and final handover. The Electrical QA/QC Leads will ensure that installations meet project requirements, inspections are completed at the correct stages and all test packs and quality records provide a clear, traceable account of the work delivered.

Key responsibilities - Establish and implement the electrical quality-management system for assigned packages.

- Prepare Electrical Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, checklists and quality registers.
- Plan and coordinate electrical inspections, testing activities and quality audits.
- Review subcontractor quality plans, procedures and inspection requirements.
- Monitor electrical installation quality and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
- Coordinate inspections with site teams, subcontractors and authorised stakeholders.
- Manage non-conformance reports, corrective actions and supporting closure evidence.




- Monitor subcontractor quality performance and address recurring issues.
- Coordinate quality matters with client QA/QC representatives, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning teams.
- Review electrical test packs to confirm that records are complete, accurate and appropriately approved.
- Support punch-list management, energisation readiness and final handover.
- Verify the completeness of electrical quality dossiers and completion documentation.
- Monitor quality trends and produce clear performance reports.
- Promote practical continuous-improvement measures across electrical work packages. Candidate profile We are interested in candidates with:
- A degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- At least five years of QA/QC experience with an electrical focus.
- Experience working on major construction, engineering or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Inspection and Test Plans, electrical inspections, audits and testing requirements.
- Practical experience managing NCRs, corrective actions and closure documentation.
- Experience coordinating quality personnel,



subcontractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Knowledge of electrical test packs, punch lists and handover dossiers.
- Familiarity with Autodesk BIM 360 Field or a comparable quality-management platform.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Availability to work on-site in Bertonico, Lodi. Previous experience on Data Centre or mission-critical projects is strongly preferred. What is offered - Two direct full-time employment opportunities with the client.
