Overview In this role you drive the European CVM roadmap to strengthen client loyalty and lifetime value across ZEGNA’s European retail network. You translate data-driven insights into strategic, regional initiatives and oversee segmentation, activation, retention and reactivation efforts. You will champion a consistent clienteling culture and partner with Retail, Area Managers and HQ to share best practices.
You also design training on CVM tools and customer insights to boost adoption and performance. This is an opportunity to shape client engagement at scale within a luxury brand that values craftsmanship and growth.
Responsabilità
- Plan and execute the European CVM roadmap, turning strategy into regional priorities and measuring impact
- Analyze customer data, CRM KPIs and market trends to identify opportunities and convert insights into strategies
- Lead customer segmentation and contact strategies to maximize customer lifetime value through activation, retention and reactivation
- Foster a consistent clienteling culture across Europe by partnering with Retail, Area Managers and HQ
- Design and deliver training on CVM tools, clienteling and insights to drive adoption and improvement
- Build cross-functional partnerships and serve as a reference for CVM to align strategy with execution
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset linking insights to commercial opportunities
- Solid understanding of CRM, CVM, segmentation and KPI management with proven analysis experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills; strong stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and translate strategy into execution
- Proven team leadership and people development skills
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in CRM, Customer Marketing, Customer Analytics, CVM or related fields
- Fluent English and Italian (mandatory); additional European languages a plus
