UluP Studio is looking for a Co-Founder focused on Business & Growth.
UluP Studio is an independent software studio building connected digital products for people who want to organize, create, collaborate and turn ideas into something tangible.
The main product today is UluP Spaces — a space for creatives, students and developers to share, collaborate and create maps of their projects.
I founded UluP Studio in February 2026 and have been building the ecosystem independently, taking care of product vision, UX/UI, development, AI-assisted engineering, databases, authentication, deployment, branding and distribution.
Now I'm looking for someone who can complement the product and technical side with business, growth and distribution.
What you could work on
- Developing UluP's business and growth strategy
- Finding partnerships and strategic opportunities
- Exploring B2B and commercial opportunities
- Defining and testing monetization models
- Building relationships with users, communities and potential partners
- Supporting marketing and user acquisition
- Identifying new markets and use cases
- Helping turn UluP from an independent project into a sustainable company
Who I'm looking forYou don't need to have a traditional business background or years of corporate experience. I'm more interested in someone who is:
- Entrepreneurial and proactive
- Curious about technology and software
- Comfortable taking initiative without being told what to do
- Interested in startups, products and digital businesses
- Good at communication and relationship building
- Willing to experiment, learn and build from scratch
- Interested in becoming genuinely involved in UluP's long-term direction

- A public website and active product development

- A founder already working full-time on product and technology
CompensationThis is an equity-based Co-Founder opportunity. There is currently no fixed salary. The goal is to find someone who wants to build UluP together from an early stage and participate meaningfully in its future.
Equity would be discussed based on the person's experience, commitment, responsibilities and long-term involvement.
