Overview In this role you will own and strengthen Datalogic's global cyber security posture across IT, OT, cloud, and product initiatives. You will define standards, policies and roadmaps, embedding cyber security into projects and operations while partnering with R&D; to promote security-by-design. You will drive risk-based decisions, audits, and vendor management, ensuring business resilience and secure innovation.

Responsabilità
- Own the global cyber security roadmap and translate it into priorities, KPIs and risk reductions.
- Support CIO in security strategy, budget, and executive reporting.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, procedures and baselines.
- Oversee security across servers, endpoints, networks, cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Lead incident response governance, escalation and post‑incidents actions.
- Oversee SOC and SIEM services; improve monitoring, logging and perimeter coverage.
- Strengthen identity and privileged access management; conduct access reviews.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations and R&D; to enhance OT and product security (segmentation, firewall governance, vulnerability management).
- Maintain the global cyber risk register and remediation roadmap.
- Ensure alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR and other requirements.
- Lead security audits, vendor risk assessments and customer security reviews.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for global IT infrastructure.
- Manage and develop the security team across IT, Legal, Compliance, HR and Facilities.
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 10 years of IT experience, including 7+ years in cyber security within software, technology or manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading cyber security in global or multi-site organisations.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid ICT architectures across on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, endpoint security, identity and access management, OT security and incident response.
- Experience with audits, compliance, vendor risk and security frameworks.
- Previous people-management experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to translate risks into business priorities.
