Responsabilità
- Develop and implement strategic BD plans to drive German sales growth
- Identify opportunities in passenger and commercial vehicles and in agriculture, construction, and mining segments; long‑term: military/defence
- Build and maintain relationships with global key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Finance and PM to align sales with company objectives
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and close significant deals
- Monitor and report sales performance against targets
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven sales and BD track record in Automotive Tier‑1 industry
- Experience with OEM and Tier‑1 purchasing and engineering teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze markets, manage and close complex deals
- Results‑driven with hunter mindset
- Fluency in German and English
