Overview In this role you will develop and validate analytical methods for protein-based products within Chiesi’s Global Product Industrialization team. You’ll collaborate across Global TechOp&S; to ensure end-to-end analytical excellence that supports quality and scalable manufacturing. You will tackle method development, optimization, and troubleshooting to enable robust product characterization.

Responsabilità
- Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and execute analytical methods for protein-based products
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8 years of relevant lab experience with protein-based products (or 5 years with PhD)
- Degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation (UV, ELSD, MALS, fluorescence detectors; SDS-PAGE; capillary electrophoresis; immunochemical methods (Western blotting, ELISA); enzymatic reactions; UV spectroscopy; mass spectrometry)
- Data analysis and statistical evaluation
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Chromatographic techniques with UV/ELSD/MALS/fluorescence detectors
- SDS-PAGE
- Capillary electrophoresis
- Immunochemical techniques (Western blot, ELISA)
- Enzymatic reactions
- UV spectroscopy
