Overview In this role you will combine clinical pharmacy expertise with knowledge of clinical information systems to guide customers in adopting InterSystems solutions. You act as a pharmacy subject matter expert and primary contact for healthcare clients, shaping workflows and ensuring successful implementation. You will work across clinical, technical, product and implementation teams to translate needs into effective, standardized solutions.
The role offers travel to customer sites and a unique position at the intersection of clinical practice, technology, and consultancy.

Responsabilità
- Understand customer pharmacy workflows and clinical processes to advise on best-fit solutions
- Act as SME for pharmacy functionality and guide implementation of InterSystems solutions
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and documentation
- Conduct workshops, trainings, and presentations for clinical and non-clinical audiences
- Support adoption of standardized processes and maximize solution benefits
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, technical, product, and implementation
- Support testing and validation to meet clinical and functional requirements
- Stay updated on new product developments and applicability to customer needs
- Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders and communicate recommendations throughout the project lifecycle
- Travel to customer sites to support workshops, implementations, and training
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in Pharmacy or related discipline
- At least 1 year experience as a Hospital Pharmacist
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy environment
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Good understanding of Hospital Information Systems, PAS and Clinical Information Systems
- Experience interacting with customers and healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and consultative skills
- Experience delivering training/workshops/presentations
- Experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams and documenting functional processes
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
