Are you at the start of your career and eager to make an impact in an international working environment? At Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), you’ll have the chance to truly develop yourself through a unique 18-month traineeship where your personal and professional growth take centre stage.

From day one, you will step into a challenging role, contributing to strategic projects, and gaining hands‑on experience across multiple departments. The program might include spending time in other offices in Europe, including Milan and Madrid, giving you international exposure and a broad understanding of GAR’s operations.

The Traineeship is About:

- Rotational experience across key areas: Commercial, Operations, Business Development, Finance & Trade Control
- Hands‑on learning from industry experts, developing both technical and soft skills
- Mentorship and coaching from peers and senior leaders
- Collaborating with talented colleagues from Europe, Asia, and the Americas
- A structured program designed to grow your technical, professional, and leadership skills

Who We’re Looking For:

- MSc graduate in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Entry‑level experience or internships in relevant areas
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, committed, curious, and eager to learn
- Team player, independent thinker, and effective communicator
- Motivated to take initiative and thrive in a fast‑paced international environment
