Eaton’s Mobility Group is currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Turin, Italy .
In this role, you will play a key part in financial planning and analysis across EMEA headquarters , with responsibility for forecasting, consolidation, and the analysis and reporting of financial performance. You will have a strong focus on functional budgets at both headquarters and regional levels , ensuring accuracy, alignment, and transparency.
Provide clear and actionable variance analysis on P&L; and Balance Sheet vs. Own the preparation and sharing of monthly functional budgets, partnering with Mobility EMEA functional leaders
Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and data quality
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
Minimum 2 years in Finance Controlling.
Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures or structured consulting companies
Solid experience in operational finance within an on-site environment, with strong accounting knowledge
Proficient in English and Italian
Effective communicator, able to adapt style and approach to different stakeholders and situations
Strong business partnering capabilities, with experience collaborating across functions and geographies
Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team in an international environment
