Overview
As an Account Executive, you will drive value for customers by selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to financial services clients in Italy. You’ll build trusted relationships with stakeholders and navigate complex buying groups to shape long-term account strategy. You’ll lead the full sales cycle with cross-functional support and identify territory opportunities within 30 days.
This role puts you at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer impact, helping clients realize value from their Salesforce investments.

Responsabilità
- Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction in the Financial Services segment
- Formulate and execute the long-term account strategy aligned with customer objectives
- Lead end-to-end sales process with cross-functional resources (Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners)
- Identify territory and create a go-to-market target account list within 30 days
- Articulate Salesforce value proposition to existing and new customers
- Drive growth within assigned accounts
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5–10 years technology sales experience, preferably in Software or Business Applications, selling to Financial Services
- Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Italian market
- Proven track record of net new business sales and quota attainment
- Experience with inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Ability to develop cases and strategic alliances
