We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and management of innovative digital products, with a particular focus on solutions based on Generative AI and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and implement the roadmap of innovative digital products, with a particular focus on Gen AI solutions;
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interface with internal and external customers to collect requirements and feedback;
- Digital Innovation: Identify market opportunities and technological trends to develop new digital solutions;
- Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Agile/Scrum methodology;
- Go-to-Market:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for the launch of new products;
- Analytics & Performance: Monitor product KPIs and define success metrics;
- Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in the financial and insurance sectors.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience as Product Owner;
- Digital Innovation: Proven experience in managing innovative digital products;
- Generative AI: In-depth knowledge of Gen AI technologies (LLM, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and their business applications;
- Agile Methodologies: Consolidated experience in Scrum/Kanban methodologies;
- Technical Skills: Understanding of software architectures, APIs, cloud computing;
- Degree: Preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or similar disciplines;
- Languages: Native Italian, fluent English;
