You will take a key role in managing the day to day operations and technical performance of their renewable energy plants in Poland. In this role, you will work closely with both technical and operational teams, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable plant performance while supporting continuous improvement across the assets. You will report to the Head of Operations and become part of an international environment with strong competencies in renewable energy operations, engineering, and plant management. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the safe, reliable and efficient operation of solar PV plants , maximising energy production, availability and performance ratio.
- Manage and coordinate plant maintenance,
repair activities and technical interventions to ensure asset integrity and operational performance.
- Supervise and manage O&M; contractors, maintenance providers and specialist suppliers, including scope, service delivery and SLA performance.
- Review and approve technical and commercial proposals , ensuring solutions balance technical requirements, operational costs and production impact.
- Manage incident resolution, work orders and operational issues in coordination with monitoring and operational teams.
- Monitor plant performance and operational KPIs , analysing production data and identifying underperformance or optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programmes are implemented effectively across assets.
- Maintain technical documentation, plant data and operational reporting to ensure accurate asset records and compliance.
