Essential Responsibilities
- Be partner of business Leader in the Flight Deck transformation journey
- Foster a Continuous improvement culture, where the whole team owns transformation plan
- Lead inter-functional improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance
- Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Flight Deck strategy for process improvement
- Ability to document current and plan for future Value Stream Map, presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders
- Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations
- Facilitate, train, and coach other team members in the use of Flight Deck tools
- Will be DMS advocate in the Area assigned, in order to drive adoption & cultural evolution
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge and application on Lean Manufacturing Methodology and tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and use the Problem Solving Approach
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired characteristics
- Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Green Belt Certification
- Relationship & leadership skills: able to influence, motivate and work effectively within a matrix environment
