Overview FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM OCTOBER We are looking for an engaged and passionate WW Omnichannel Operations Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. Your Impact Main Activities
- Supporting boutiques and regional teams in the implementation of Omnichannel projects (UAT execution, testing coordination, follow-up activities)
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational and retail data
- Supporting the redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook
- Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives
- Supporting the organization and coordination of Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions
- Monitoring project progress and following up on action items with internal stakeholders
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret and present data effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Curiosity and proactivity
- Previous academic experience in the Retail field will be considered a plus
