Your mission in this role
As Learning Experience & Content Operations Specialist , based in Milan, you will join Accademia dei Maestri, the Group function dedicated to fostering knowledge transfer and preserving the craftsmanship, expertise, and capabilities that define our brands.
Reporting to the Academy Training Manager, you will play a key role in enabling a seamless and engaging learning experience across the Group by managing digital learning operations, supporting learner journeys, and ensuring the effective administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
More specifically, you will
