What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Title Examiner, you’ll be responsible for examining title records, resolving title issues, and producing accurate title commitments and related products for a variety of transaction types.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting title searches and examinations for both commercial and residential properties
- Reviewing and analyzing chains of title to identify ownership, defects, encumbrances, restrictions, and title risks
