The Europe Finance Manager will be involved and responsible for several finance processes across the region including consolidation of monthly management accounts, reporting, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with several year experience in management accounting. They will be a strong team player with an understanding of accounting principles and processes and strong MS Excel knowledge. – Italian language and proficiency in English are essential.
Ensuring financial accuracy in accounting, including group and local compliance requirements and deadlines are met for the assigned entity
Monthly reporting and forecasting in line with region/group deadlines and year end reporting
Preparation of monthly management accounts with supporting financial analysis and commentary. Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts of assigned entity
Leasing with country MD and project team to facilitate review of financial performance and to align on forecast.
Electronic Invoicing & SDI. Operational management of the SDI system. Monitoring of inbound and outbound electronic invoice flows and liaison with the external accountant on tax-relate
