The Insurance Specialist plays a role in safeguarding the company’s insurable risks and has a good understanding of the complexities of the offshore energy sector as well as the insurance market.
You help the Offshore Contracting, Terminals & Services, Turnkey & Operation business lines by managing and supporting the existing insurance solutions to mitigate the construction, operational and corporate risks of SBM activities worldwide.
You independently interact with insurance brokers and claims consultants to handle insurance claims efficiently.
You help the Ocean Infrastructure business line by advising and implementing insurance solutions to manage the construction, operational and corporate risks of SBM activities worldwide;
You provide legal advice on insurance related matters to the Win & Grow business line and support the LCC organization in contract negotiations;
You liaise with different roles in the company in order to create awareness and provide general education on insurance requirements, including the development and delivery of online learning/reference material;
