About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Sommelier, you will support all Food & Beverage outlets with passion and creativity. You will work closely with the F&B; leadership team to manage wine lists, recommend food and wine pairings, assist waiters and the Sommelier team with service preparation, oversee glassware par stock.
You will also manage inventory and remain highly visible in operations to ensure an attentive and distinctive Guest experience.
