CALIBRE is seeking a Financial Counselor to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP). The Financial Counselor provides professional financial counseling and instruction to transitioning Service members and eligible clients, helping them understand their current financial condition, prepare for life after military service, and develop realistic financial strategies to support long-term success.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring clients are financially prepared to navigate the transition from military to civilian life.
The successful candidate will deliver individual counseling and group instruction on topics including budgeting, debt management, credit, taxes, insurance, retirement planning, military benefits, and financial readiness. The Financial Counselor will work closely with Transition Counselors, installation personnel, and community partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and access to appropriate resources throughout their transition journey.
