The role ensures welding quality, process reliability, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement across production. /ppMain Responsibilitiesbr– Develop and qualify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).br– Manage Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and welder qualifications.br– Select welding processes, consumables, and equipment.br– Optimize welding parameters for quality and productivity.br– Support troubleshooting and introduce new welding technologies.br– Ensure compliance with ISO 3834, ASME,
and PED standards.br– Support internal and external audits and certifications.br– Supervise NDT activities (UT, RT, MT).br– Lead defect evaluation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.br– Prepare and maintain WPS, PQR, WPQR, welding maps, and reports.br– Ensure full traceability of materials and welds.br– Train welders and technical staff. /ppRequirementsbr– Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering.br– International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification.br– Strong understanding of welding codes, drawings, and metallurgical principles.br– Experience with WPS/PQR development.br– Familiarity with NDT methods (UT, RT, MT).br– Strong communication and leadership skills. /ppJoin UsbrBe part of a team committed to welding excellence and continuous improvement.
