Overview

In this role you will shape Technogym’s Total Reward strategy to attract, retain and motivate top talent globally. You collaborate across HR to align compensation with market benchmarks and the Group’s long-term goals, while driving fair, competitive pay and benefits. You’ll manage salary classifications, incentives, and benefits programs across HQ and branches, with a focus on data-driven decisions and impactful budgeting. This is an opportunity to influence critical people decisions in a fast-growing, international environment.

Responsabilità

- Define competitive Total Reward policies reflecting market data and internal equity
- Align corporate compensation with the Group’s long-term objectives
- Develop Total Rewarding solutions to attract/retain top talent in a competitive market
- Collaborate on Salary Classification programs (branding, position weighing)
- Manage reward systems implementation across HQ and branches, including design, communication, and payouts




- Budget and forecast the annual salary plan worldwide
- Monitor and manage short-term incentive provisions
- Review benefits agreements across countries for Total Rewarding competitiveness
- Perform compensation analysis and reporting to support business strategy decisions
- Oversee hiring compensation packaging during development and international mobility

Requisiti fondamentali

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role in structured companies
- English fluency (CEFR C1)
- Knowledge of HR ERP systems
- Excellent digital skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong relational, administrative and analytical abilities
- Result-oriented with teamwork mindset
- Problem solving, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
