- You’re the single point of contact for our clients, juggling planning, coordination, and follow-up like a pro – all while spreading the Mama spirit. ✨ You’re the go-to person who makes Mama the place to be for events.
- You work hand-in-hand with every department (Culinary, F&B;, Housekeeping, Front Office…) to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- You handle quotes, bookings, logistics, payments, and reporting – and you still manage to make people feel special and delighted.
- On top of that, you help grow our visibility and revenue by nurturing great relationships with agencies and companies, and by applying a smart commercial strategy.
- You keep one eye on market trends and the other on guest satisfaction.
