Overview
As Data Analyst - Analytics Engineering, you will shape data strategy and build scalable, AI-enabled data assets to empower decision-making. You will join the Growth & Marketing analytics team, driving intelligent insights across the consumer funnel. Expect to design data models and pipelines that align with a federated data strategy, and develop AI-powered workflows and dashboards that help stakeholders act on data. This role offers ownership of data architecture, analytics tooling, and cross-functional impact in a fast-changing, growth-focused environment.

Responsabilità
- Lead design of the Data Mesh layer with scalable data models and governed ownership
- Define and implement AI-powered agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration
- Build high-impact visualisation tools and dashboards to communicate insights
- Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns affecting Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetisation
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to align data work with business goals
- Own end-to-end testing pipeline from opportunity identification to experiment results
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in data-related roles (Data Engineering, Analytics, BI) with 3+ years in high-volume/big data environments
- Strong command of SQL, dbt, and Python
- Experience with Data Modelling, ETL, data governance, and Data Mesh at scale
- AI fluency with ability to work with AI tools or agent APIs
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver evidence-based recommendations
- Stakeholder management and communication skills to lead cross-domain initiatives
- Knowledge of Digital Consumer Lifecycle and user economics (ARPU, CAC, LTV)
