We are looking for a pro-active professional with a Degree in Dental Hygiene (recognized in Italy), mandatory registration to the Albo TSRM-PSTRP, valid Professional RC Insurance. **Technical Stack & Skills**
- **Digital Mastery**: Proficient use of (**Medit i700)** intraoral scanner and (**Planmeca** **Romexis**) 2D and 3D Rx imaging. Comfortable with dental/medical management software. Ability to work in a digital environment (Apple/Mac ecosystem).
- **Clinical Excellence**: Expert in periodontal probing, scaling/root planing, dental hygiene protocols (using manual scalers, not just ultrasound), and intra/extra-oral clinical photography.
- Pediatric experience is required.
You should be meticulous with periodontal charting and "soft" debridement techniques, clean, organized, and attentive to every detail of the patient journey. Strong focus on cross-contamination protocols and sterilization (**Melag**)
- **Bilingual**: Perfect English is mandatory to support our English Speaking/Expat community. Experience abroad is highly appreciated. **Schedule & Compensation - Operational Details**
- **Current availability**: Tuesday (13:00 - 20:00) and Thursday (09:00 - 15:30). Note: These are "chair hours"; additional time is required for preparation and cleanup.
- We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and expand their hours in the future.
- **Contract**: Professional collaboration (VAT/Partita IVA - "Forfettario" preferred).
- **Pay**: Monthly commission based on performance percentage + support for professional development.
