Benefits Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the boutique. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, ensuring the highest luxury service standards. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the team in clienteling and CRM activities. Monitor individual and team performance, analysing KPIs and implementing actions to drive business results. Ensure the brand image, visual merchandising, and operational standards are consistently maintained. Act as a role model and ambassador for the brand, representing its heritage, values, and identity. Support stock management, VM activities, and all operational procedures in collaboration with the Store Manager. Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally within RTW.
Proven experience in a supervisory or Assistant Store Manager position, with strong team leadership skills. Strong commercial mindset and solid understanding of KPIs and sales performance. Client-focused, with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional luxury experience. A natural leader who is elegant, humble, well-spoken, and confident in representing a luxury brand. Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment. English is a must.
