The Technical Assistant supports the Vice President Manufacturing Global Harvesting by coordinating cross-functional activities, managing global and plant-level projects, and providing strategic, analytical, and operational support. The role drives project governance, prepares decision-making materials, analyzes manufacturing processes across sites, and ensures effective communication and alignment among international stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic development of the Harvesting manufacturing network. ? ? **Your Impact** + Manage global initiatives using standardized plans, milestones, risk logs, and reporting; lead cross-functional coordination; prepare charters, KPIs, dashboards; facilitate meetings and ensure documentation, tracking, and standardization. + Assist leadership in plant network strategy; consolidate performance data; prepare executive presentations, decision papers, and analyses; organize key reviews, workshops, and executive visits. + Support CI initiatives by coordinating workshops, tracking benefits, and consolidating inputs; drive digital manufacturing adoption through training, communication, and progress tracking. + Develop structured reports and updates; ensure alignment across global stakeholders; foster collaboration through clear communication, follow-ups, and transparency.
