TRAINING PROCESS GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST
We’re looking for a Training Process Governance Specialist for IVECO BUS Academy to help shape and enhance our international training ecosystem by combining technology, analytics, and continuous improvement.
IVECO BUS Academy designs and deploys innovative learning solutions to strengthen product knowledge, accelerate network capabilities, and support customers and internal teams. The Academy is evolving its training model through digital platforms, AI-enabled tools, data-driven insights, and modern learning methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
✅ Support the governance and standardization of IVECO BUS Training Academy processes across markets
✅ Define and monitor KPIs to measure learning experience, business impact, and training effectiveness
✅Use data analytics and performance insights to identify improvement actions and track progress
✅ Contribute to the adoption of digital platforms, AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance training processes
✅ Promote and create innovative learning formats, including blended learning, microlearning,
immersive experiences, and adaptive learning paths
✅ Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with relevant IVECO BUS stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and shared ownership
Required profile:
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Digital Innovation, Information Technology, Marketing or related fields
?Interest or experience in training, digital learning, customer care, business process improvement
? Strong digital mindset and curiosity for AI, automation, analytics, and emerging learning technologies
? Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations and activities
?Structured problem-solving approach and continuous improvement mindset
?Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
?Clear communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
