sports activities and team-building events that promote wellbeing and collaboration.What you need to succeed at XPOExperience & Knowledge- At least 2 years of experience in road transportation, with a strong focus on international FTL operations.- Proven knowledge of the international carrier network.- Solid understanding of transportation market dynamics and subcontracting processes.Technical Skills- Fluent English, both written and spoken.- Knowledge of Eastern European languages will be considered a plus.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.It would be great if you also have- Strong negotiation skills.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.- The ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- A results-oriented mindset.- A proactive and solution-driven approach.- Ambition and a willingness to continuously improve and grow.What you will do on a typical day- Manage a portfolio of international clients at an operational level.- Oversee subcontracting activities within the international FTL network.- Develop and maintain a reliable carrier network aligned with business needs and transport flows.- Ensure profitability optimization across all assigned activities.- Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools among subcontracted suppliers.- Assist in the onboarding and approval of new carriers by collecting and validating the required transportation documentation.- Support the FTL Carrier Representative Manager in defining strategies and driving new operational initiatives.Join Our Team and Make a Difference Today!
