Act as the technical lead for complex production issues and escalations Coordinate root cause analysis with Engineering, QA, Architecture and DevOps teams Promote operational stability, risk mitigation, and service reliability Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other project stakeholders Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, coordinating day-to-day activities and assigning Jira tickets and tasks. performance incidents, service degradations), leveraging monitoring and observability tools (dashboards, alerts, logs, metrics, traces) to quickly identify and resolve root causes. Strong experience in Application Support or Production Support roles Solid background in enterprise backend systems and distributed architectures Proven experience handling high‑severity production incidents Ability to investigate logs, metrics, and system behaviour to isolate root causes Experience with Docker/Kubernetes development.
Experience with Spring Boot development. Knowledge of RESTful services. Knowledge of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL; optionally DB2, Oracle). Knowledge of JMS (preferably ActiveMQ Artemis).
Experience with Agile development processes. Fluent in English. familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Master’s degree in engineering computer science or a related area.

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based premio with a set target (% of salary) aligned with individual and company performance.
Eligibility and payout may be prorated based on date of hire and service during the performance period or sales commission.
