ppFor our Store Planning Facility team in Milan, we are looking for a Store Planning Facility Specialist who will support the Store Planning Facility Manager in the development, management and maintenance of our retail and corporate spaces. /p pThe role will contribute to new store openings, renovations, touch-ups, Corners and Pop Up projects, as well as to Facility Management activities related to our Milan offices, Showroom and stores in Italy, helping ensure that spaces are functional, efficient and aligned with the aesthetic standards of the luxury industry. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Store Planning Project Management /h3 ul liSupport the management of new store opening projects. /li liSupport renovation and touch-up projects for existing stores. /li liSupport the opening of Temporary Stores, seasonal Pop Up Stores and Corners. /li liContribute to the application of Concept Guidelines, ensuring consistency with the aesthetic standards defined by the Creative Direction. /li liCollaborate with internal teams, consultants and external suppliers, with particular attention to project timing and costs. /li /ul h3Facility Management /h3 ul liSupport the coordination and supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems. /li liManage operational relationships with external suppliers.
/li liHelp ensure the correct functioning of equipment and systems. /li liPromptly manage maintenance requests and breakdowns, contributing to their effective and timely resolution. /li liSupport the planning and execution of activities related to property and service management. /li /ul h3Showroom /h3 ul liSupport the preparation and set-up of the Showroom spaces. /li liCollaborate with internal teams, including IT, to ensure that spaces are always impeccable and fully functional. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDiploma or Degree in a technical field, such as Surveying, Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering. /li li3-5 years of sales experience in the luxury/fashion industry /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook. /li liKnowledge of AutoCAD 2D. /li liKnowledge of Adobe Suite and 3D software is considered a plus. /li liStrong organizational and time-management skills. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAccuracy, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. /li liFlexibility and ability to work under pressure. /li liPassion for the luxury industry and understanding of its dynamics. /li liExcellent command of both Italian and English, written and spoken. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
