YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As HQ Su Misura Account Manager, based in Milan, you will be responsible for the commercial performance and development of assigned regions and markets, acting as the primary interface between HQ and local teams. The role translates the global Su Misura strategy into targets and market action plans, monitors performance across daily business and dedicated activations, and coordinates cross-functional support to accelerate client recruitment, conversion, and sales growth while protecting brand, product, and service standards.
You’ll work closely with your Team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More Specifically You Will
- Act as the primary HQ business partner for assigned regions and markets, ensuring alignment between global priorities and local execution.
- Build and challenge annual and seasonal targets, forecasts, and commercial plans with market teams, Finance, and Go to Market.
- Monitor sales, orders, Guest Share, Su Misura penetration, product and category mix, average ticket, and client conversion, identifying opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
- Translate performance analysis into clear market actions, agree recovery or acceleration plans with local teams, and follow their execution and results.
- Support the development of the daily Su Misura business and the commercial planning of activations, including trunk shows, suites, villas, and private appointments.
- Partner with CRM and Retail teams on client recruitment, reactivation, conversion, and follow-up plans, ensuring clear client ownership and consistent execution.
- Consolidate market feedback and provide Product Management and Merchandising with actionable input on collection performance, client needs, pricing, and product opportunities.
- Coordinate launch readiness with Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Excellence, Training, CRM, and market teams, escalating operational issues when required.
- Support priority clients and selected market activations when HQ presence adds commercial or technical value, ensuring a consistent Su Misura experience.
- Share best practices and contribute to the commercial and technical development of Su Misura teams in partnership with Training and local management.
- Provide concise reporting after market visits, major activations, and each season, with clear findings, decisions, and recommended actions.
Who You Are
- You bring 4-6 years of experience in luxury fashion, retail performance, commercial planning, merchandising, or account management. Experience in Su Misura, made to measure, or high-end client development is preferred.
- You have bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Fashion Management, Luxury Management, Economics, or a related field.
- You’re skilled in in Excel and PowerPoint; you have familiarity with CRM, business intelligence, and order management tools
- Strong business acumen and the ability to interpret sales and client data, identify priorities, and turn analysis into action
- Sound knowledge of luxury retail and a strong understanding of tailoring, craftsmanship, and MTM or MTO processes
- Credibility in client-facing situations, including VIP appointments and high-touch commercial activations
- Ability to influence regional and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Clear communication, structured problem solving, and confident presentation skills
- Strong planning and follow-through across multiple markets, priorities, and deadlines
- You communicate fluently in English and Italian, additional languages are an advantage.
What We Offer
- The position provides for a gross annual base salary between: 60,000-65,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
- The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
