Role : Strategic Project Manager (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Strategic Project Lead, MD/Medical Expertise to work on a full-time basis. This role requires a medical doctorate or equivalent expertise to lead cross-functional projects in healthcare technology. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project objectives with business and clinical goals.
Develop and execute strategic project plans for medical technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to deliver solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure projects meet clinical requirements and standards.
- Monitor project progress using data-driven metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Must hold an MD or equivalent medical degree with 5+ years of clinical or medical technology experience.
- Proven track record leading strategic projects in healthcare, biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
- Ability to translate complex medical concepts into business requirements for technical teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) in a healthcare context.
