He / she will focus on executing retail performance analysis reporting and will closely collaborate with retail managers to drive meaningful improvements in our stores’ performances. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the world of luxury retail at 360°, working alongside key stakeholders across various functions and regions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESData analysis and communication – Analyze store performances in terms of sales, sales KPIs, productivity and profitabilityData analysis and communication – Analyze store performances in terms of sales, sales KPIs, productivity and profitabilityCross-team collaboration for improvement initiatives – Collaborate with various teams (e.G., regional Retail Directors, retail Area Managers, Real estate, product/buying, HR, etc.) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to identify new commercial initiatives and drive performance improvementsTarget setting – Support in setting performance goals for the teams in storeData accuracy – Ensure the accuracy and consistency of performance reports and contribute to their improvementKEY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITONAL SKILLSStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office,
especially ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail; strong precision in working with data is requiredStrong communication and teamwork skillsCuriosity, Eagerness to learn, proactivity. Capability to adapt to different tasks, different partners and work cross functionallyAbility to propose new solutions, and proactively seek improvement in company processesGood command of the English language, both written and spoken, and ability to connect and interact with a diverse, international teamInterest in the retail or fashion industry is considered a plusKnowledge of BI (e.G.
