Overview
In this role you drive RAMS engineering for space products, shaping reliability, availability, maintainability and safety across project lifecycles. You work within cross‑functional teams to develop and implement RAMS programs, perform analyses and influence design decisions. You’ll participate in design reviews and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure customer requirements are met over the operational life of the product. This is a globally oriented, technically challenging position with opportunities to grow within Thales Alenia Space.

Responsabilità
- Develop, maintain and implement RAMS program plans for projects
- Perform RAMS design, analysis, modeling and simulation to verify requirements
- Represent RAMS in technical meetings and approve RAMS-related design decisions
- Attend design reviews and provide evaluations/recommendations (RIDs)




- Review RAMS analyses performed by subcontractors
- Identify risks and mitigation actions for RAMS across the lifecycle
- Prepare RAMS requirements from customer specifications and relate to interfaces and tests
- Conduct trade-off evaluations considering mass, size, cost and performance

Requisiti fondamentali
- Knowledge of RAMS assurance and safety context
- Experience in electronic design engineering and RAMS analysis methods (FMEA, FTA, FDIR)
- 1–7 years of professional experience
- Fluent English
