As a Clinical Field Service Engineer, you will support customers operating Waters LC-MS systems within regulated clinical laboratory environments.
This is a varied and rewarding field-based role in which you will install, maintain and repair analytical systems, solve technical problems and build trusted relationships with the customers you support. No two days will be the same.

Responsibilities
So, what does a Clinical Field Service Engineer do? Below are some of the key responsibilities:
- Install, qualify, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Waters LC-MS systems within regulated clinical laboratory environments.
- Analyse system performance and diagnostic data to identify the source of technical problems and determine the appropriate corrective action.
